Jason Webb
Founding Parabellum Training Group in 2016, Jason is a seasoned tactical expert with more than 16 years of experience in various high-risk environments. His proficiency in strategic planning, firearms training, and close-quarters combat techniques has earned him a reputation as a trusted resource in the field. He excels as a law enforcement officer with over 18 years of experience and holds multiple firearms instructor certifications. He has served in various roles, including Field Training Officer, Crisis/Hostage Negotiator, and achieved the rank of Agent First Grade in the Multi-Agency Drug Task Force. An NRA member and certified Glock Armorer, Jason competes in local shooting competitions and brings extensive training in firearms and tactics to his work. Webb's extensive background equips him to deliver top-tier training and consulting services to clients seeking to enhance their tactical skills and readiness.

Don Ericson

With over 20 years of experience in the United States Army Chaplain Corps as a civilian religious educator, along with service in two civilian churches, he has developed strong leadership, teaching, and training skills. After retiring from federal service and relocating to Florida in 2022, he transitioned into firearms education, becoming a certified firearms instructor through Range Master, the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA), and the National Rifle Association (NRA). He also holds certification as an NRA Chief Range Safety Officer and has completed extensive firearms-related training. His passion lies in equipping individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary for responsible firearm ownership and self-defense. Drawing from his background in education and expertise in firearms, he provides structured, safe, and practical training tailored to all skill levels. Whether working with beginners or experienced shooters, he is committed to empowering students with confidence and competence in firearm safety and handling.

Ed Lowrey
Retired U.S. Army Ranger, has dedicated over 20 years to military service and 18 years to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, where he excels as a Training Coordinator and Senior Bomb Technician. He holds a Top Secret Security Clearance and numerous tactical instructor certifications. Lowrey’s military career included specialized roles in combat and clandestine operations, serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom and training with elite units such as the DEA, CIA, and ATF. Transitioning to law enforcement, he has become a certified Florida law enforcement officer with extensive experience in hazardous materials, explosives, and tactical operations. Lowrey also imparts his expertise as an instructor at the College of Central Florida’s Law Enforcement Recruit Academy, training the next generation in advanced tactical and operational skills.

Russ Lowrey
With 7 years of dedicated military service, he developed strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational skills in high-pressure environments. Serving in various roles, he participated in numerous missions, managed high-value equipment, and mentored junior personnel to ensure team effectiveness. His experience includes tactical operations, risk management, and training development, allowing him to lead teams with confidence and adaptability. Being selected for specialized training programs enhanced his ability to work in diverse and challenging situations. Following his military career, he transitioned into the technology sector, applying his discipline and technical expertise to IT and communications roles. He holds multiple industry certifications and continues to expand his professional skill set. His background reflects a commitment to excellence, adaptability, and lifelong learning across both military and civilian careers.
